Every coach in our network completes a structured validation process, assessed against our 4 C's framework - Calibre, Credibility, Capability, and Chemistry - through questionnaire, interview, and coaching demonstration. We require accredited training, contracted supervision, and continuous professional development as minimum standards, and we stream coaches by seniority so the coaches we put forward have real experience at the level they'll be working at.
